Job description French Customer Service Representative

  • Creating and updating order files, issuing timely and accurate order documentation
  • Data entry and maintenance of the database for order tracking purposes
  • Resolving service problems with suppliers and vendors during order fulfillment
  • Resolving discrepancies when necessary
  • Tracking order completion and coordinating internally with Marketing and Logistics teams

Job requirements French Customer Service Representative

  • Middle Vocational Education (MBO)
  • Approx. 0-2 years of relevant work experience (preferably in Order Management or Customer Services)
  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Fluency in English and French with a strong preference for Dutch or German as an extra language
  • Reliable
  • High service level
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
