- Creating and updating order files, issuing timely and accurate order documentation
- Data entry and maintenance of the database for order tracking purposes
- Resolving service problems with suppliers and vendors during order fulfillment
- Resolving discrepancies when necessary
- Tracking order completion and coordinating internally with Marketing and Logistics teams
Job requirements French Customer Service Representative
- Middle Vocational Education (MBO)
- Approx. 0-2 years of relevant work experience (preferably in Order Management or Customer Services)
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluency in English and French with a strong preference for Dutch or German as an extra language
- Reliable
- High service level
- Good communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
