Job description

Uses Progressive Dialer and CRM to contact large volume of potential customers
Qualifies prospective clients based on potential volume
Sells to customers on Daily Specials
Maintains daily HOT List and transfers to Account Manager every evening or during day if prospect is hot
Enters relevant data into CRM
Takes orders from customers
Distributes literature and information as needed
Must be fluent/native in German or English language of specific market served
Expected to meet or exceed call volume and sales goals

Minimum of 2 years of telemarketing or phone sales experience preferred.
Some sales experience is required.
Bachelors degree or two year college degree helpful.
Must be NATIVE GERGMAN and English Speaker
High energy and enthusiasm, self-motivated
Ability to work aggressively pursuing call and sales goals
Willingness to take “no” for and answer and continue working
Work to a high-degree of efficiency
Make repetitive calls over long periods
Work independently to a high standard/high integrity
Effective communication skills including listening techniques
Ability to understand customer requirements with prompt follow-up
Ability to read and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures
Ability to write reports and business correspondence
Ability to effectively present information over the phone and persuade customers to purchase
Ability to make decisions rapidly and take responsibility
Good organizational skills
Pleasant, positive attitude/ability to interact well with others
Data entry/PC skills required.
Ability to think of and create concrete standards where limited standardization exists.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
Ability to train others how to do job
