The Job

  • The CSR will assure that product delivery is in accordance with customer requirements. The CSR is responsible for increasing customer satisfaction by understanding our customers’ needs and responding quickly to them.
  • Activities
  • Process incoming customer requests and orders.
  • Check the orders against the customer and purchase order agreements.
  • Respond to customer product inquiries and satisfaction issues.
  • Instruct and liaise with warehouses and forwarders to prepare and arrange the execution of the shipment of goods.
  • Create and monitor outbound activities in order to complete the order.
  • Invoice timely and accurately.
  • Handle complaints and return shipments.
  • Interface with and support the sales representatives.
  • Maintain, update and file customer files, records and internal documents.

Job requirements

Education / Competencies

  • Education on MBO+/HBO-level or equivalent experience.

Personal Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in Customer Service/Logistics in an international company.
  • Customer and service oriented attitude. (both internally and externally)
  • Team player, multitasking ability.
  • Good eye for detail.
  • Ability to understand (moderately) complex issues/processes.
  • Good problem solver.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is a requirement and one of the following langauges: French, Dutch
  • Commercial insight.
  • ffinity with administrative activities.
