In the time sheet you should note the hours you worked, excluding lunch and any other official beaks as you are not paid for these. Partial hours must be rounded up to the nearest ΒΌ hour. If overtime is to be paid, this will be discussed with you before you start working for the company. Not all companies pay an overtime rate.
The head of your department, or you immediate boss must sign your time sheet each Friday; (unless you have agreed to work at the weekend) authorizing the hours you have worked. We cannot process your timesheet without a signature.
