Background: Alessia has worked for Adams for over 5 years specialising in the areas of Marketing, Supply Chain and Logistics. During her time at Adams she has progressed from the position of Recruitment Consultant to Senior Recruiter and, more recently, to Recruitment Manager.
Alessia is not only a very successful recruiter, she is also a talented linguist who graduated, cum laude, in foreign languages and literature in 2006. On a personal level Alessia is an extremely warm, outgoing, enthusiastic and energetic lady whose positive nature inspires us all on a daily basis!
Whilst not in pursuit of the ideal candidate for the ideal job Alessia likes to relax by listening to music (anything from classical to rock), watching movies, reading, indulging in her hobby of amateur photography, planning her next foreign adventure and keeping fit at Zumba classes.
