This Rotterdam team member has the honour of being our first Recruiter from the Czech Republic. Martina did not have the typical Recruiter profile when she arrived in the Netherlands 5 years ago. She had studied medicine, specialising in midwifery and, during a short period of time, assisted in 33 births. Since then, delivering candidates to clients has proven to be just as rewarding and enjoyable!
Martina joined us after spending 3 years with a specialist Oil & Gas Recruitment service company so, it's fair to say, she has lots of energy. Martina is crazy about cars and is devoted to 'Top Gear'. In another life she would have been a high speed rally driver but delivering babies and interviewing candidates would not have been possible whilst wearing a racing helmet. We are sure that in her career with Adams' Martina will always be on the front row of the grid.
