Yolanda is our Office Manager and her key responsibilities involve our Temporary Workers who need to have contracts, need to send in timesheets and would like to get paid on time. Yolanda organizes all of this with the minimum of fuss and the hugest of smiles. Yolanda came to the Netherlands 6 years ago from her native Colombia to continue her studies in Organisational Psychology. Adams offered her the perfect opportunity to put lots of her HR related theory into practice. As well as her amazing administrative skills the most improtant thing she has brought to our office is the South American sunshine. She smiles the whole day long and sees the positive in every negative. If Yolanda was a song she would be 'Don't worry, be happy'. We are extremely happy to have Yolanda in our team.
