With a joint Uruguayan/Italian nationality Serrana has positively planted her personality in Montevideo, New York, Barcelona and, thankfully for us, the South of the Netherlands where she is the Business Unit Manager of our Rotterdam office. Serrana is an energetic person and she needs to be as she juggles her busy working life with being the mother of 3 young children. She has the ability to multi-task at a level that most multi-taskers would not dream of reaching. Her colleagues are amazed that she still finds the time to fit in a weekly Bikram Yoga session. Her energy and drive ensures that her Rotterdam team are always motivated and operating at full capacity. She truly is an example to them all.
