Adams' Multilingual Recruitment was established by Maureen Adam in 1997 with the objective of providing an unbeatable level of service and professionalism to both international people wishing to start or further their career and companies searching for native speakers and multilingual personnel in the Netherlands.

In the 14 years that Adams’ has been operating on the international recruitment market, we are proud to say that we have achieved that goal and are known to clients and candidates alike for the quality service that we deliver.

We have succeeded in building solid working relationships with small and medium sized companies as well as major multinationals. Candidates that have come into contact with Adams’ often go on to become our clients because they have been impressed by the care and attention they received as candidates.

With offices in Amsterdam and Rotterdam we cover recruitment for the whole of the Ranstad operating across all functions of a corporate office. Our consultants work within specific areas such as executive, customer services, secretarial and administrative support, finance, human resources and sales and marketing. This in-depth knowledge allows us to work closely with you on a consultative basis, advising and working in partnership, resulting in the perfect match between client and candidate.

We also have a separate business unit founded in 2007 called Secretaries by Adams, www.secretariesbyadams.com which specializes in the recruitment of support staff for international companies. This division reflects the success we have had in placing secretaries and professional support staff over the past few years.
