your pension

If you are over 21 years old and have worked for Adams’ as a temp for more than 26 weeks you can start building up a personal pension. The total contribution to this pension is 3.5% of your gross salary which is paid by Adams' Multilingual Recruitment. This amount is deposited into your personal pension savings account. Every year you will receive an overview of the total amount saved, including any interest accrued. This is administered by an organization called Stiplu, part of Achmea.

Please note: If you have previously built up a pension as a temp with another agency, you can continue this pension with Adams’ (but please inform us!).
