Vacation days

If you work a standard 40 hour week then you are entitled to the equivalent of 24 days holiday per year. You build up reserves for vacation days; for each hour you work 10.38% of your hourly rate is reserved. You can only be paid out for days that you have accumulated and you can see clearly on your pay slip how much you have reserved. This will be paid, just like your salary, directly into your bank account. Ideally you should fill out a timesheet for your holidays and fax this to us as normal.

It is important that your supervisor agrees to your vacation and that Adams’ is informed in a timely manner. Any excess holidays that you have accumulated by the end of your contract will be paid out with your last salary.
