This ensures we have a clear picture of the skills, experience and background that the right candidate should possess and furthermore the company environment, culture and objectives that he or she should fit with. From this, a recruitment strategy is devised and agreed upon, including timescales, recruitment methods and costs.
In order to source suitable candidates, we conduct an extensive database search and use additional internet and newspaper advertising as necessary. Once we have resourced a selection of suitable CVs, we organise face to face interviews with the potential candidates. This enables us to gain an in-depth knowledge of their professional background and personality as well as discussing the vacancy and company with the candidate in greater detail. A shortlist of CVs is sent to the client with accompanying interview summaries which include vital information regarding the candidate’s availability, expectations, salary indication and motivation.
